Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Captain Zac’s Beach Bonfires! By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

Booking Policy:

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $150 will be required.
  • Final payment is due prior to the commencement of your beach bonfire event.
  • Walton county will allow us to purchase permits 2 weeks out from your selected bonfire date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds for the deposit will not be given for any reason including the following; rain, high wind speed, high tide (vendor must be able to get 50ft from the dunes per county regulations), turtle nest, and county shut downs.

Safety Guidelines:

  • For your safety and the protection of the environment, please adhere to all posted guidelines and instructions during your beach bonfire event.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Glass of any kind is not permitted on any Walton county beaches and you will be subject to a $100 fine per glass container.
  • NO food vending on the beach/parking lot.
  • NO throwing sand into the fire pit.

Liability Waiver:

  • Participants assume all risks associated with attending a beach bonfire event.
  • Captain Zac’s and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event.

Intellectual Property:

  • All content and materials provided on our website are the property of Captain Zac’s and are protected by copyright laws.

Modification of Terms:

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
